What dates are available in the month I’m considering?

Dates are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved through our Calendar portal.

Do you offer a discount for booking an off-season date or a Sunday through Friday wedding?

Not at this time.

How many people can this location accommodate?

140 guests.

What is the rental fee and what’s included in that price?

For Wedding ($750):

        • 1 rehearsal & setup block (3.5
          hours).
        • Ceremony block (4 hours); An
          additional 4 hours can be
          purchased at $350
        • Deposit ($125)

For Event ($500) 3 hour block:

        • Deposit ($75)

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?

$250 for weddings; $125 for an event.

What’s the payment plan for the entire bill?

No payment plan is available. Full payment must be made at least 1 day prior to the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept certified checks, debit/credit cards, and Venmo.

Can I have my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional cost?

Yes, you can have your ceremony at our location as well.

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?

Yes, there are changing spaces for the bridal party.

Can we have our rehearsal dinner here?

Yes, a rehearsal dinner is allowed.

How much time is allocated for the rehearsal?

3.5 hours.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are allowed but with the expectation of a lost deposit if the cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of the event.

What’s your weather contingency (backup) plan for outdoor spaces?

There is an indoor space that can be used should weather be an issue.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes but an additional one day policy must be purchased by the renting party. The renting party is also responsible for the venue deductible ($2,000) should a claim be filed.

Food + Drinks

Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of “preferred” caterers, or do I need to provide my own?

All catering must be provided by the renting party.

If I hire my own caterer, is there a kitchen available for them?

There is no kitchen available at this time.

Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?

These items are not provided and must be rented separately.

Can I bring in a cake from an outside baker or do I have to use a cake made on site?

Yes.

Can we bring our own wine, beer or champagne?

You must proved all alcohol but hard liquor is not allowed.

Decor + Rentals

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Yes, all decorations must be provided separately.

Do you have an inventory of décor (lighting, candle holders, vases, etc.) we can borrow from?

Not at this time.

Can I move things around or do I have to leave everything as is?

The renting party can adjust the space as needed (outside of PA, etc.)

Can we use candles/confetti/sparklers/fireworks/animals/lawn games/bounce houses/food trucks/insert your own fun-but- potentially-dangerous liability here?

All items listed must be done outside.

Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?

Yes, we do.

Do you provide heaters and/or umbrellas for the outdoor spaces?

Not at this time.

Vendors + Staffing

Can I hire my own vendors or is there a preferred vendor list we need to stick to?

Yes, you can.

Do you offer on-site coordination? What services are included?

Not at this time.

Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?

Yes it can.

What security services do you offer?

We offer private security at an additional charge of $350.

Do you provide a coat check service?

No, we do not.

What time can my vendors start setting up on the day of the wedding?

Setup can begin 4 hours prior to your event.

Does the venue provide assistance getting gifts and/or décor back to a designated car or hotel room after the wedding?

No we do not.

Logistics

Is there a separate space for cocktail hour?

Yes, there is.

Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?

No, we do not.

Are there any noise restrictions?

No there are not.

Is there parking on site and if so, is it complimentary?

Yes, there is.

Are cabs/rideshares (like Uber, Lyft, etc.) easily accessible from the venue?

Yes, they are.

If a shuttle service is needed, can you assist with setting it up?

No, we do not.

How many restrooms are there?

Our venue has mens and women’s restrooms along with single family restrooms as well.

What overnight accommodations do you provide?

We do not offer overnight accommodations. We do, however, partner with the following hotels and all confirmed rental parties receive a discount.

Is the site accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes it is.
